Born and raised in Germany, Ryen Belle has always been immersed in a rich cultural tapestry, which also allowed her to explore the diverse landscapes and learn from the traditions and cultures of Europe, China, Turkey, and South America. Through her work with Dr Michael C Caldwell, she has shown reliability, patience and determination, which is also reflected in her creative and academic pursuits.

Ryen Belle is also a talented professional musician, showcasing her abilities on the violin and piano through diverse music styles - a passion that has been a constant since she was a young child. She is active in the church music setting as well as across various coffee shops and bars/restaurants in Nashville.

 

Her academic journey is equally impressive. After graduating from high school in the U.S., she returned to Germany to further her pre-medical training at the prestigious Heidelberg University. This led her to Nashville where she received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Belmont University, where her curiosity about the natural world flourished and solidified her foundations in the medical sciences.

Ryen Belle's dedication to the field of medicine took her to Meharry Medical College. Although she had to leave the program shortly after for mental health reasons, her experience there was transformative. It was at Meharry where she first connected with Dr. Caldwell, an inspirational public health figure who profoundly influenced her perspectives on healthcare and community service. This connection underscored Ryen Belle's commitment to making a positive impact in the world, blending her scientific knowledge with her compassionate nature.
