Imagine being handed an ice-cold, flavorful drink in your hand on a hot summer backyard bash. You're sweating from the heat and are starting to worry about your hydration, so you ask your friend what kind of drink it is. They tell you they got the Sparkling Citrus Sunrise - a new mocktail on the menu - and you feel relieved (and maybe even start a little happy dance) because you've been learning about alcohol's increased dehydrating effect after following Dr. Michael Caldwell's blog and learning from Dry January USA resources for a few weeks now. You take your first sip - the perfect blend of sweet and sour - perfect for refreshing and hydrating your body. What an experience.
Whether you're celebrating life’s moments, at a sophisticated soiree, or enjoying a refreshing drink on a lazy afternoon, mocktails offer the perfect blend of flavor, flair, and fun—without the alcohol. I've compiled five go-to mocktail recipes that are sure to impress anyone on any occasion!
NOTE: I do not get a commission for the mocktail recommendation links I added. These are my personal go-to's as these mocktails add a final touch to the other mocktail ingredients.
